At Atrna, we carefully source and inspect every vintage piece to ensure quality and authenticity. Due to the nature of pre-loved and vintage designer items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives faulty or significantly not as described.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue
• Include your order number in your message

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

• A refund to your original payment method, or
• A suitable resolution depending on the situation

Please Note

• Minor signs of wear are expected with vintage items and will always be shown or described.
• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
• Items cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing concerns, or personal preference.
